Franchisees will receive regular visits, structured to assist in business development and analysis, by our Franchise Management Team. You will be provided with guidance and assistance on key business indicators including stock management, financial performance, key performance indicators, and sales analysis.

Local marketing
Mary Ryan's philosophy is welcoming the local community to our stores. Franchisees will receive support in structuring author events, book launches, reading groups and key local events. Our marketing team will provide support and expertise with PR, local press, radio and media.

Merchandising
Mary Ryan's buying power and special terms negotiated with suppliers and publishers are extended to our franchisees. You will benefit from exclusive deals, group buying and improved gross margin.

Property
Site selection is a key criteria when establishing a new business. Mary Ryan's provide support in evaluating any proposed site including demographic analysis, site selection, and analysis. The Mary Ryan's offer is unique but it is critical to review and assess competitor activity, store locations and traffic flow. You will be provided with assistance in lease negotiation, rent to sales calculations, store fitout & design, signage, plans and colour schemes.
