Mary Ryan's Refund Policy
Mary Ryan's will issue a refund when the product is in mint condition (DVD's and CD's still in shrink packaging), within a month of purchase date and proof of purchase is produced.
Where the product is misbound or faulty, an exchange, gift voucher or refund will be issued on presentation of proof of purchase.
Obscure special orders need to be chosen carefully as we will not refund or exchange if the customer simply changes their mind.
Mary Ryan's can refuse a refund:
1. Where the customer has changed their mind, (unwanted gifts for example) or;
2. Where a customer has found the goods cheaper elsewhere, or;
3. A customer decides they can not afford the item, or;
4. Where a fault was made known to the customer at the time of sale, or;
5. Where the customer has caused the item to fail.
