Bookshop

At Mary Ryan's Hervey Bay we presently have two vibrant bookclubs operating.  One group meets on the first Thursday of the month at 9.30am. Their next meeting is scheduled for the 4th March and the book of interest is "Breath" by Tim Winton.

The second Book Club meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 3.30pm and their next meeting will be March 16th.

Don't forget, our Autumn Good Book Guide is out now and there are some great new releases in store for the avid reader.

Mary Ryan's is a participant in the "Read To Your Children Every Day" initiative which is presently being promoted through the Courier Mail.  Simply collect the token from the Sunday Mail and present it at our store in order to receive a 10% discount on children's books.  Limit of one book per token.  Tokens are valid until the 30th June, 2010.  Not valid with any other offer.

Also, in conjunction with National Playgroup Week, we will be hosting a storytelling corner in our store on Thrusday, 25th March at 9.30am.  Stories will be suitable for ages 2-5 years.  Parents are welcome to enjoy a coffee while the children are entertained.

Location - Hervey Bay

Mary Ryan's Hervey Bay is located in the busy shopping and business centre at Bay Central, Pialba. Mary Ryan's is a unique bookstore with the addition of a coffee shop and in-store ABC Centre.
